Vinification: traditional red wine vinification, with maceration of the must on the leaves in order to extract colour and tannins. Temperature controlled fermentation in steel tanks and racking. The wine rests and refines exclusively in steel tanks before bottling.
Food pairings: wine to drink throughout the meal, excellent with simple red meat dishes,roasted, salami, soft and medium ripe cheese..
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Storage: in a dry and cool place, far from direct sunlight.
